I made one up from a pattern at e-patterns central. You have to buy the pattern, but it's not expensive. It was a lot of fun to work up. It's called Heavenly Hearts.

I used Caron Simply Soft - white.

you did not mention how big you want it to be, there are several around, I made one many years ago that had angels all over it, all made together, also so same one, here a long time ago looked alot like, try this site (serch) also goodle it. I personally make one (real fast each week for baby charity) I use the corner to corner stitich, make one, pink, two ( wings white and blue trim and and 4 one is yellow for head and rest blue. I will try and email one I made, and you can make it as big as you want or as little.

I made one in Filet with Two cherubs facing each other, and a heart coming up from the center of them. On top of them, in what looks to be vines, are more hearts and then above that the pattern is repeated upside down. It's a stunning afghan. I actually won first prize at the county fair with it one year. I can look when I get home and see what book it's in if you are interested in Filet.

There are also several angel granny squares at Crochet Pattern Central that you could work as the middle and then just continue on like an oversized granny square.
