Does anyone know of anywhere I can find a pattern for something, anything. I don't really care what it is, anything Denver would make her birthday great

You could graph your own image and make her a pillow or afghan:
http://www.microrevolt.org/knitPro/ Also you could just find a striped or ripple afghan you like and make it in blue, orange, and white. |

Thanks for the idea. If I graph my own (well I did use that program) and since I have never done a graph-ghan, what do I do now LOL. I understand that the number of squares would be each stitch, but do I just chain one to go from row to row. Any links on how to do a graph would be great

There is a good thread over on the Crochet Help forum on graphghans
http://www.crochetville.org/forum/sh...ad.php?t=16763 I've made a few. They can be a little tricky at first, but it's real cool to see your project turn, literally, into a piece of art.

NFL Pattern
This is too late for your sister's B-Day but I am doing an afghan right now that is strips of footballs whith the team colors surrounding it. You crochet 60 footballs, 10 in each strip with 6 strips to complete the blanket. I am from Syracyse NY and we are big on SU college sports so I am doing it in blue and orange. Anyway, If you are interested just email me. It's a very cute blanket. It's a surprise to my friend to kick off the football season. As a matter of fact I should be working on it right now!
