heart doily patterns

A friend of mine is getting married next summer. she asked me to crochet her a couple of doilies. Four smaller ones and one 10 inch or so. They are using the heart theme so I would like to find a pattern for two sizes of something very similar or close. Anyone know of any free on the internet or a book they would be in? I thought I saw some so I will continue to look for them. Thanks in advance for any help.

Thanks. I'm not sure that I have found "the one" but there are alot of pretty ones to show my friend. I really like the crochet along doily. Am I correct that if I find one pattern I could make it smaller or larger by using a different size hook and/or differnt size thread?
