guinea pig

My sister is going through a break up after 8 years and I cant be there to help her, so I want to make her a couple of guinea pigs because she loves them. does anyone have a pattern? I found some charts on earlier forum posts but i am looking for an actual three dimensional guineapig. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance

I don't think I've seen any. Maybe you can take another animal and modify it.

I saw a hedgehog pattern somewhere,it reminded me of a guinea pig-I'm pretty sure it was on craftster.org.

Felted crochet book has a pattern for a hedgehog. You could take a pattern like that and use shorter fuzzy yarn for the body and make the face a bit pushed in so its not too pointy. then add little feet and you should have a little guinea piggie! I haven't had the pleasure of holding a guinea pig so I don't know if they have little tails or not. but if they do make a small tail and attach it to the correct part of the body

I know SOMEONE made some once, but don't know if they were posted here or not. The hedgehog sounds like a good plan. Actually a guinea pig doesn't have a tail, so that shouldn't be a problem.
