Scarf to be done in 3 strips

Hello Everyone,

So on my way to South Africa (btw, I'm having a great time. well, at least a good time), I had a very very long layover in London. So I went out to the city, to this department store called John Lewis I think, and bought two hanks of Debbie Bliss Pure Silk and one ball of Rowan Lurex Shimmer. I would like to make a scarf with these. I was going to knit it, but not being too great at knitting and with the lack of elasticity in silk, I decided I should crochet it.

So the upshot of all that is, I'm looking for a pattern with as many of the following specifications as possible:
*one that is reversible
*one that can be done in 3 strips, so like a 20 stitch or less pattern repeat, I think. (will be using probably an F hook)
*one with elaborate stitchwork or pretty detail

Actually, that's all I really need. Because I essentially have a little less than twice as much silk as I have lurex shimmer, I plan to do 2 strips entirely in the silk and then one strip holding a strand of the silk and a strand of the lurex shimmer. And maybe a border in the lurex shimmer.

So, anyone got any ideas?

Thanks.
