ISO: sorta "stained glass w/ laces" pattern

OKay, I'm not sure if this'll make much sense, but here goes.

There's a pattern in a Leisure Arts, Award-winning Mile-a-minute pattern leaflet that is made up of a rainbow of beautiful colors. There are a few rows of one color, and then it changes to the next, etc. After you make this long narrow panel of many colors, black is attached for the border, and then it criss-crosses the panel like tying a shoe.

Does anyone know if this pattern is in any other Leisure Arts books? I don't want to buy a pattern book for only one pattern that I like in there that I don't have in another book. I'm not asking for a freebie copy, just if it's been seen in another book.
