Chili Peppers

Does anyone know of a pattern for chili peppers? Be it pot holders, dishcloth/scrubber, etc. My SIL's kitchen is in that theme and I thought I would like to make something useful using that theme. Ooh...a fridgie, maybe?

Thanks.

If you sew, I have some chili pepper fabric that you are more than welcome to! Enough to make a table runner and maybe some coasters (although I probably could dig out more than that)

Perhaps something like this?

I included the backpack just so you can see how those colors suggest chilies and Salsa so maybe you could use them to make placemats or potholders instead of an actual Chili pepper!

Thanks for the offer Buggaboosmommy, but alas, I do not sew. It's probably for the best, though. No telling what would happen to all those little pins and needles and how someone would find them, either stepping or sitting on them.

Thank you for that but darn, the picture wouldn't expose itself. I think I will try it and hope for the best.

Now there's an idea that will go well with the chili pepper theme. I do believe I will give those a go. Thanks.

You know how you stumble on something when you are NOT looking for it,,,
http://www.yarncat.com/crocarrot.html/

at the bottom of the page is a way to change the carrot pattern into a chili pepper!
