Crochet Boots

ok well basically i went out last night to a comedy club and this chick walks in and has these amazing crocheted boots on! and i was like OMG i have to have a pair...now i did an online search and came up with this pattern and it would work but i would like to know if anyone has seen diffrent ones...also my foot is rather large...and well i dont know what size those work up to be...my foot ranges from a size 101/2-11 in chicks and a size 8 in guys...so any help would be great!

Melinda what kind of sole did her boots have? I like the pattern you found I have been looking haven't found anything yet but I am going to keep looking cause I think they would be neat to have. What color were heres and how high did they come on her leg?

sorry, haven't seen any at all.... although, there is a pair of 'slippers' that are mid-calf and lace up the front.....hmmmm
i'll edit in if i can find the pattern.....

well hers were white and light brown...they were the coolest things i have ever seen...and from what i could tell the soles were just crocheted...she may have had a peice of leather? on the bottom? kind like mockasins (sp?) i cant even describe them...lol...they were just sooo awesome...


oh and the came to like mid calf....they were slip ons i think...

what is the name of the pattern? and i think it should be ok for you to post the pic..

After seeing the picture rebeccav posted, I thought that <a href="http://******************.com/snkrold.htm" target="_new">these sneakers</a> might give you some place to start. There are other boot-like patterns on that site.

have you seen the crocheted Ugg boots sounds like what you are describing. Haven't seen a pattern for one but will look a kids version here..
