There are some really good and easy ones on almost any of the yarn manufacturer's websites. I have used several off of the lion brand website and know there are some on the berroco and also craft store websites like Michaels and Joann. Try www.lionbrand.com , or http://www.joannfabrics.com/catalog....PO?CATID=25293 .
Most of them size down to a 6 year old, which would probably be a size 7-8 girls. |

You could try Chelles poncho on her website. I can't think of it right now, but I have made 3 of them. They are quick and beautiful!

http://www.lionbrand.com/patterns/ccw-ponchette.html I've made several of these for little girls. I know the pattern is for women but it's can easily be adapted for little girls. The poncho is done in 2 rectangles. I used a smaller hook, sport weight yarn and used the same pattern. Came out perfect!!!
