Crochet heart monitor pouch?

Hi Ladies - my mom is in the hospital and has a mobile heart monitor that hangs around her neck. She says that they gave her a crocheted pouch to put it in and asked me if I could make one for her. Obviously I could just crochet a couple of squares to the dimensions she told me & then sew them together, but I was wondering if anybody had a pattern for something like this already? I searched a little bit, but can't find anything......

No idea how big it is but maybe something for an iPod can be adjusted to fit.

I was just somewhere where they had all this! Stoma pouches, and IV pouches. I will have to rack my brain!
