This could be used as an applique a potholder etc...

With tan scraps of black & white H hook

Ch 5 , Sc in second ch from hook & in each across Ch 1 turn
1: Sc across ch 1 turn (4 sc)
2: Sc across do not turn , Sc around entire piece stop at 1st sc on Rw 2 ( 8 sc)
3: 2 sc in 1 , sc in next rep around ( 18 sc)
4: Sc in next 2 , 2 sc in next rep around ( 24 sc)
5: Sc in 11 Ch 1 turn
6: 2 sc in first 2 , sc in 8 , 2 sc in last 2 ch 1 turn ( 16 sc)
7-9: Sc across ch 1 turn
10: 2 sc in 2 , sc in 12, 2 sc in last 2 ( 20 sc)
11: 2 sc in 1 , sc in 18, 2 sc in last sc ( 22 sc)
12 & 13: Sc around ch 1 turn
14 & 15: Sc in 5, Dc in 12, sc in last 5 ch 1 turn
16: Sc decrease 2 times, Dc in 14, sc decrease 2 times ch 1 turn
17: Sc decrease once, dc in 14, sc decrease once do not turn
18: Sc around entire head join to first decrease stitch of rw 17 ( 37 sc) Fasten off
Ears ( make 2 ) w/ tan
Count back 4 stitches form last joined stitch of rw 18 Ch 1 sc in same stitch and in next 9 ch 1 turn
1-3: Sc across ch 1 turn ( 10 sc)
4: Decrease once, sc in 6, decrease once ( 8 sc)
5: Decrease 1 time , sc in 5 ch 1 turn ( 7sc)
6: Decrease once, sc in 5 ch 1 turn ( 6 sc)
7& 8: Sc in each across ch 1 turn
9: Decrease once, sc in 4 ch 1 turn ( 5 sc)
10: Decrease once, sc in 3 ch 1 turn ( 4 sc)
11: Decrease once, sc in 2 ch 1 turn ( 3 sc)
12: Decrease once, sc in 1 ch 1 turn ( 2 sc)
13: Decrease once ( 1sc)
Skip next 5 stitches on head join in next stitch ch 1 sc in same stitch & in next 9 stitches Repeat rws 1-13 of ear
Nose w/ black
Ch 3 sc in second ch from hook & in next ch continue around undersid eof starting ch in free loops sc in next 2 loops ( 4sc)
1: 2 sc in each around ( 8 sc)
2: 2 sc in next 2, sc in 1, 2 sc in 2 sc in last 3 join to first sc w/ slip stitch ( 12 sc) Fasten off
Eyes w/ white ( make 2)
Ch 2, 6 sc in second ch from hook
1: 2 sc in each around join w/ slip stitch to first fasten off ( 12 sc)

Inner eye w/ black
Ch 2, sc in second ch fr hook join w/ slip stitch Fasten off
Ear use pink felt

The chichua head is so cute. I think I'll make one in a larger size and turn it in to a pillow for my grandson.
