polymer hooks

I want to make some of the crochet hooks with polymer ends. Does anyone know which medium works best? And any directions?
Thanks, AJ

I use sculpey clay or any baking clay and I roll some out flat and then wrap it around the hook below the size then roll it around on a flat surface until it smoothes out. To add characters or doodads make sure they're stuck together good I made a teapot hook the the handle of the pot fell off after baking it can be fixed though.

I use eraser sculpey or Model Magic. A little softer grip that way.
