Jennifer Lopez's head scarf pattern
Anyway, at the VERY end of the preview, you see Jennifer stand up and she's wearing a headscarf that I SWEAR is crocheted, but the credits show RIGHT on top of her head, so it's only a split second that you can see it. Does anyone know what the heck I'm talking about? I found a pic! It's not crocheted, but I wonder if any crochet geniuses out there can figure out how to do this: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...ujac/MIL_3.jpg |

That looks like fabric to me, personally. Very thin bias strips made into a lattice-type pattern, then sewn to two larger fabric strips. But it's hard to tell - I could be wrong!!

It looks like you could easily adapt that to crochet. I personally wouldn't be able to, but I've seen your work, I bet you could!

Hm, looks interesting, I might try my hand at it later when I finish some other stuff.
Unless someone else beats me to it ![]()

I'd just do a kercheif without the tail or something like that........a large headband increased and then reduced.....

Oh wow! Thanks!
I think it's a good start. I'm thinking the middle is V stitches, right? I've seen that pattern before, but I'm a visual person, and I couldn't make heads or tails out of the picture on that site. Does it have the open stitching, too? |
